My professional life is marked by intensive networking, the ability to prospect and close contracts, and highly effective participation and membership in business, community,  humanitarian and non-profit organizations and associations.

Father of a wonderful daughter, Luisa, 27, a brilliant lawyer specializing in arbitration.

I work for results, and I deal well with plans and goals. I am a proactive team player. I like people.

My professional posture, personal history and cultural background demonstrate humility, determination, ability to work, resilience and an open mind to new activities, new businesses, and new environments.

I consider myself a skilled professional who has mastered new tools, technologies, and innovations in a disruptive environment and so forth. I am a generalist, currently focused on Green Hydrogen Production and its Logistics and Ports / Shipping business; and also, all the multi-modal transportation involved in the Capex and Opex phase at Port of Pecém/CE.

As a Relationship Specialist, I experienced great professional development in Investment Banks, Unibanco, Bozano / Simonsen and Lehman Brothers; and more recently, in the past 15 years in the Logistics and Port Operations sector in Santos and the Northeast of Brazil, more specifically, in the Ports of Recife, SUAPE, Maceió and Pecém.

For the last 1 and a half years, since May 2021, I have currently fully dedicated to a huge Green Hydrogen (gH2) production project at the Port of Pecém / CE, a 2 GW in sustainable energy generation, a USD 5 billion project by Australian mining Company FORTESCUE through its FFI - Fortescue Future Industries Division.

To get here, it is important to know my recent background: In 2010, I moved from São Paulo to the city of Recife/PE to set up, structure and operate the Northeast Regional Branch of Rodrimar S/A Group; as Regional Manager, I was responsible for the branch until June 2016. This operation served mainly the GE Oil & Gas megaproject called "Onerous Assignment / Pre-Sal" to meet the Contracts of BR/ Petrobras, supplying the power generation modules for oil platforms of type FPSO - P74, P75, P76      and      P77 – with a total value, inbound and outbound, of the order of USD$ 900 million, comprising more than 30 ships, 120 embarked heavy lift skids and about 16,000 workers in the production chain, in a period of 4 years. My role was the General Coordination of the logistics and port operations, movement in warehouses and courtyards, storage, customs etc.; in addition, I had close relationships with the stakeholders throughout the production chain and port authorities, municipal and state governments. High-quality standards, as well as compliance with governance policies required by GE and Petrobras, mainly related to the environment, health, and safety (SMS/ EHS), were fully achieved.

At Port of Recife/PE, we carried out several container operations, especially for CMA/CGM (BRAZEX Service); in addition to break bulk, project and general cargoes as vehicles/automobiles and yellow line equipment (RoRo), wind blades, rebar, steel coils, among others.

After the completion of the GE Oil & Gas Contract and of the activities of the Rodrimar branch, in 2016, I stayed in Recife/PE providing Consulting Services in Institutional Relations, Government, and Public Affairs to the logistics and port sector through my firm, Aliança Consulting Ltda.

In May 2020, invited by the Federal Government, through CODERN, I became COO and CCO, cumulatively, of the Port of Maceió, subordinated to CODERN - Cia Docas do Rio Grande do Norte, and in this period we prepared 5 port areas for lease, under the Program of Investment Partnerships (PPI) of the Federal Government: MAC10 (sulfuric acid terminal) auctioned at B3 on 12/18/2020; MAC11 and MAC12 (fuels, oil and derived products liquid bulk terminals); MAC13 (sugar terminal) auctioned at B3 last November/ 2021; and MAC14 (wood chip terminal); all at B3 Stock Exchange House. In addition, we prepared and submitted to the Ministry of Infrastructure the temporary lease of an offshore support operations terminal to serve EXXON, operating in the Sergipe/Alagoas oil basin. Another lease to serve BRASKEM with an imported salt terminal; the copper of MVV - Vale Verde Mining, and the wheat of MCN - Moinho Centro Norte/ Motriza. In this period, I´d highlight the operational results achieved with cargo handling, its growth higher than three times the national average, in the order of 15.81% against 2019; an increase of 31% in annual revenues; and a reduction in annual expenses by 61%.

I emphasize the real value of community-focused activities through participation in institutional action and associations related to the business and to the third sector, which are important catalysts for the improvement of the work environment and the whole community, such as unions, associations, councils, foundations, NGOs...
